Return Policy

If a unit or accessory is defective due to design or manufacture, we will be glad to take it back from you or exchange it with an equivalent, functioning unit during the warranty period.  Simply return it to our South Carolina location along with a description of the defect.  We cannot accept anything that shows excessive wear or damage from abuse.  When the defective unit arrives at S.T.A.T.E.S., we will send the replacement unit, postage paid,  the next business day.  

If within 7 days from receiving the unit you decide that you do not wish to keep the unit, you may return it along with a description of why you chose not to keep it, for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping.  Contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number as we cannot accept returns without one.  This offer is contingent upon all parts, instruction manual, original packaging being intact with no visible wear.  You agree that the unit can be resold, as is, for full price to another customer.
